应用原理
Applied Principle
H系列超声波环保污水处理机工作开始时，矿石粉尘与水的混合物抽到料浆槽上，在处理板真空作用下，形成一层较厚的颗粒堆积层，滤液通过处理板过滤至分配阀到达真空桶。转子载着滤饼通过吸浆区到干燥区，滤饼在真空作用下继续脱水干燥。转子通过主轴转动将干燥后的滤饼带到卸料区，在刮刀装置的作用下进行卸料，直接滞留至精砂池或通过皮带输送运至所需的地方。卸料后的处理板进入反冲洗区，此时利用超声波环保污水处理机本身的过滤或外接自来水，经过反冲洗管道通过压力调整由分配阀进入处理板内腔，由内而外清洗处理板的微孔，同时将残留在处理板表面的残余矿物冲洗下来。
